Jon Goodrich Mace Personal Defense Jon Goodrich is currently President of the Personal Defense subsidiary of Mace Security International, Inc. This business unit, located in Bennington, VT, is the leading manufacturer of tear gas and pepper sprays for the civilian market. Mr. Goodrich is the founder and the previous President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Mace Security International and was instrumental in taking the company from a private corporation to a public corporation. In earlier years, Mr. Goodrich, with his then partner, Robert Gould, acquired the leather division from Smith & Wesson and renamed it Gould & Goodrich Leather. This company continues to produce leather holsters, belts and accessories for the law enforcement market. Mr. Goodrich has over thirty years of business experience with the last twenty serving the civilian personal security and the law enforcement markets.
Jon holds a BA degree in Business from St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY. He is married and lives with his wife, Jan, in Bennington, VT. He has five children, two step-sons, and seven grandchildren. |

George Martinez Mace Security Products George Martinez is the Vice President and General Manager at Mace Security Products. George brings strategic focus and direction to the Mace product lines through his experience in security technology integration. He was formerly at GE Security, where he most recently served as a senior member of the Access & ISP Product Management team. At GE, his focus was on software based integrated security platforms for access, video, and intrusion.
George has over 15 years of experience encompassing technical support, international sales, operations, marketing, and product line management of a broad range of security technologies for organizations such as GE Security, Inc., SLC Technologies, Inc.(Interlogix), and CASI-RUSCO,Inc. George holds an A.S. degree in Electronics & Computer Technology from DeVry University, Atlanta, Georgia.

Eric Vorbeck Mace Security Products Eric Vorbeck is the National Sales Manager at Mace Security Products. He is responsible for leading the MSP sales team in developing new dealer channels, and supporting the existing Mace dealer base across the USA.
Prior to joining Mace, Mr. Vorbeck was the Strategic Sales Director at Northern Video Systems – a Tri-Northern Distribution company. During his years at Northern, he was responsible for several key sales management functions including business development, leads management, and managing inside and outside sales. He was also responsible for creating several successful programs for strategic customer retention, accounts management and pipeline creation that led to an increase in overall company profitability, revenue growth & profit margin achievements.

A University of Pittsburgh alum, he holds degrees in economics and industrial engineering, and urban and regional planning.
