Jack Mallon

Jack Mallon is the Chairman of the Mace Board of Directors. He is the founder and managing director of Mallon Associates, an investment-banking firm exclusively serving the Security Industry. Mr. Mallon also serves as Chairman of IBI Armored Services, Inc., a national armored trucking and money processing company; and is on the Board of Directors of Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp., a public acquisition company. He received his B.S. degree from Columbia University, a LLB (law degree) from St. John's School of Law and did graduate work in securities and labor law at New York University Law School.

  Dennis Raefield
Dennis Raefield is Mace's CEO and President. He has served as a director of the Company since October 16, 2007. From April 2007 to August 2008, Mr. Raefield has been the President of Reach Systems, Inc. (a manufacturer of security access control systems). From February 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Raefield was President of Rosslare Security Products, Inc. (a manufacturer of diverse security products). From February 2004 to February 2005, Mr. Raefield was President of NexVision Consulting (security business consultant). From January 2003 to February 2004, Mr. Raefield was President of Ortega InfoSystems (a software developer). From October 1998 to November 2002, Mr. Raefield was President of Ademco and Honeywell Access Systems, (a division of Honeywell, Inc. that manufactured access control systems).

  Gerald LaFlamme

Gerald T. LaFlamme is President of JL Development Company. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. LaFlamme served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Davidson Communities. Mr. LaFlamme has also held several senior management positions with reputable companies, including Ernst & Young, LLP and Price Waterhouse. Mr. LaFlamme received a BBA degree from the University of Detroit and MBA degree from the University of Michigan. Mr. LaFlamme is a certified public accountant.

  Richard Barone
Richard Barone is currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Ancora Group of Companies, which includes the Ancora Advisors, LLC, Ancora Capital, Inc., Ancora Securities, Inc., Ancora Mutual Funds and the Ancora Foundation. Mr. Barone has been Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Ancora Group of Companies since 2001. He has over 35 years of experience in the investment industry.  Prior to establishing the Ancora Group of Companies, Mr. Barone was the Chief Executive Officer of Maxus Investment Group, which he founded in 1973.  His performance and investment strategies have received extensive coverage in publications such as Barron's, The Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, Forbes, and on national television and radio.
