George C. “Chuck” Gehrisch, Jr.

Mr. Gehrisch is the Executive Chairman of the Mace Board of Directors. Mr. Gehrisch is the Chairman and CEO of Roll-Kraft in Mentor, OH.  His entire career has been devoted to building local business, creating hundreds of jobs and providing custom tooling to roll forming, tube and pipe manufacturers around the world.  Roll-Kraft tooling is used to produce thousands of items used by the public every day.

Prior to holding his position as Chairman and CEO of Roll-Kraft, Mr. Gehrisch led the company as President for more than 20 years.   He expanded Roll-Kraft’s outreach to include a worldwide presence and the company outgrew its facilities and moved into a state-of-the-art 110,000 sq. ft. building in Mentor, OH.   In addition, Mr. Gehrisch opened other privately held Roll-Kraft facilities in Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; and Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Gehrisch’s innovative direction has led Roll-Kraft to actively focus on the exceptional goal of providing customers with 100% on-time deliveries and first-time performance.  Through his consistent leadership, the company has become known around the world as an industry leader for its superior service and reliable quality tooling.

Sanjay Singh

Mr. Singh is the Executive Vice-Chairman of the Mace Board of Directors. Mr. Singh is the President of Roll-Kraft, where he directs and leads the company’s efforts to excel in operational efficiencies and market penetration. He has most recently sharpened the company’s continuous improvement focus to meet the company’s goals of 100% on-time delivery and first-time performance.

He also leads the company’s private investment initiatives in lower middle market companies located in northeast Ohio. Mr. Singh has held various financial executive leadership roles in Fortune 1000, privately held and private equity backed portfolio companies across various industries, including consumer products, manufacturing and service. Mr. Singh was actively involved in acquisitions and operational improvements in those businesses.

Mr. Singh has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA. He currently serves as an advisor to the Board of two non-profits and a technology startup.

Richard Barone

Mr. Barone is also currently the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Ancora Group of Companies, which includes the Ancora Advisors, LLC, Ancora Capital, Inc., Ancora Securities, Inc., Ancora Mutual Funds and the Ancora Foundation. Mr. Barone has been Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Ancora Group of Companies since 2001. He has over 35 years of experience in the investment industry.  Prior to establishing the Ancora Group of Companies, Mr. Barone was the Chief Executive Officer of Maxus Investment Group, which he founded in 1973.  His performance and investment strategies have received extensive coverage in publications such as Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, Institutional Investor, Forbes, and on national television and radio.

Denis J. Amato

Private Investor. Mr. Amato recently retired from Ancora Advisors where he was Director of MicroCap Equities. His investment experience spanned 5 decades including serving as Chief Investment Officer for a major Cleveland Bank Trust Department as well as with Ancora Advisors. He has both a BBA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Case Western Reserve University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Terrance W. Gainer

Terrance W. Gainer is a senior security advisor with a distinguished 47-year career in law enforcement, security innovations, and organizational change in the United States and worldwide, most recently spearheading the security of the U.S. Capitol Building, staff, and visitors to the nation’s capital.

Chief Gainer is a past Commissioner of CALEA, a Board Member of IACP and member of the Police Executive Research Forum.

Born in Chicago, Mr. Gainer is a decorated veteran who served in Viet Nam and retired as a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve. His degrees include a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Master of Science in Management, a Juris Doctor degree, and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. He is married and has six children and 14 grandchildren.

Cheryl McMillan

Cheryl has been a Vistage Chair for 13 years. She leads two groups of non-competing business executives: one group of CEO’s, Presidents and Business Owners, and one group of Senior Executives who report directly to them. Prior to joining Vistage, she had over 25 years of broad business experience including:

  • President, CFO and board member of a strategic alliance for a group of 18 non-related owners. Started a purchasing cooperative and foundation for the alliance, and was a board member of each.
  • Helped found, and was on the board of managers (responsible for the operations as well as oversight) of, a $10 million pharmacy.
  • Led the integration of the business functions for a new acquisition in a $20 million public health care company.
  • Active member of Friends of the Summit Board of Directors.
  • Former Treasurer of a non-profit board and founding chair of its foundation

  • CPA (retired). Passed exam on first sitting while senior in college.
  • Bachelor of Science of Accounting, University of Akron.
  • Certified Professional and Teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative System, the only personality system used for personal growth and development that identifies a person’s core motivations.
