Lt. Kalinowski spent 26 years as a Vermont State Trooper handling everything from being a shift supervisor to weapons instructor for both lethal and non lethal use of force. His last five years were spent in the Office of Professional Development overseeing the Department Firearms Program, as a Deadly Force Instructor, as well as in the canine program, and as recruiting and hiring personnel.
