MACE SECURITY INTERNATIONAL, INC. PARTNERS WITH NASCAR AND LAUNCHES MACE CARES TACTICAL TO SUPPORT MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM AND THEIR FAMILIES

CLEVELAND – Mace Security International, Inc. established the Mace Cares program in 2013 as a way to provide support and assistance for individuals at risk throughout our communities. Mace is committed to providing community support and charitable contributions that make a difference for our employees, their families, our consumers and the communities in which we live and work. In 2013, through the Mace Cares program, Mace donated $10,000 to select organizations and events. This year, Mace completes its corporate giving platform with ‘Mace Cares Tactical’, through which Mace will make donations to organizations that support Military and Law Enforcement men and women and their families.

Through the Mace Cares program, Mace has pledged to be a corporate sponsor of the following organizations for 2014: National Center for Victims of Crime, Casting for Recovery and The Centers for Families and Children. Through Mace Cares Tactical, our Military and Law Enforcement recipient partners are being chosen and will be announced in the coming weeks.

Mace has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Circle-Sport Racing and will be showcasing the Mace Cares ribbons on the #33 car at this years STP 500 NASCAR race at Martinsville, VA.  Fan favorite and short track specialist David Stremme will be driving the #33 Mace Brand Chevrolet.  This is David’s first race in over a year and Mace is proud to help bring him back to the track.
